Here at Waites Recruitmwnt Consultancy LTD we have partnered up with a client in Leeds who is looking for a Civil Engineering or Construction Estimator on a full time basis to join their team.

Working under the direction, guidance, and supervision of the Pre-Contracts Manager (PCM)

• Role requires assisting with quantity take-off for tender preparations


• Undertake site visits to assist with tender preparations


• Issue enquiries through tender stage for materials and sub-contracts


• Complete tenders for small/medium projects under guidance of PCM


• Producing material schedules and sub-contractor BoQs for Operations Teams from successful tenders

Skills:

• Be competent in use of MS Excel and MS Word


• Have a working experience of electronic take-off from pdf drawings

Ideally, experience 5+ years as an estimator in the UK civil engineering sector or construction industry.

Salary dependent on candidate.
