A focused and winning mentality Construction Estimator is now needed to join a an established Fit Out contractor in Manchester.
The Estimator will be offered hybrid working.
The Estimator Role
The successful Estimator will immediately be winning and tendering with a team who will be lead by the Estimating Director, on projects ranging between £1.5m - £12m, consisting mainly of CAT B fit out, refurbishments, and renovations.
The Estimator will have the opportunity to work with some of the most known businesses in the UK, including legal, finance, media and tech companies.
Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Estimator should have a strong eye for detail.
The Estimator
Show you have been an Estimator for minimum 5 years
Has dealt with Fit Out projects
Would be beneficial to have worked in Office/Workspace projects
Show evidence of working on high end quality
Highly organised
Ability to communicate effectively
Looking for a permanent position
Provide a hands-on approach
