Estimator

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established employee-owned fit-out contractor who's been in the industry for over 90 years' specialising in blue chip and high-profile clients. This position is located in the Manchester area. This role is predominantly office-based, with occasional site visits required (1 to 2 days per week).

The Estimator will primarily handle fast-track fit-out projects within the retail and hospitality sectors, managing projects from inception to completion. Project values typically range from �10k to �500k and are often expedited. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fast-track fit-out projects and a full driving license, as travel for work will be necessary.

Remote work is not an option for this position.

Estimator Position Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: �45,000 - �55,000 (dependent on experience)

Estimator Position Overview:

• Join a fit-out contractor in the Manchester area
• Perform a variety of quantity surveying and estimating duties

• Limited tendering required, as most work is pre-allocated
