4Site Recruitment�are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor, with a turnover exceeding �2 billion annually. This leading contractor is renowned for delivering high-profile projects across sectors such as government, MOD, education, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed cost estimates for large government contracts �


• Evaluate tender documents, ensuring compliance �


• Engage with project teams and stakeholders to provide accurate costings �


• Stay updated on market trends and pricing �


• Support procurement processes and negotiations �

Requirements: �

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry �


• Knowledge of government, MOD, education, or healthcare projects �


• Strong negotiation and communication skills �


• Proficiency in construction estimating software �
