HVAC Estimator required near West Bromwich.
Salary in the c�30-40k bracket, pending experience.
Can be offered as a hybrid role.

THE ROLE
* Working on HVAC projects to provide heating/cooling solutions, focusing on ventilation (fans/air handling units) and ductwork.
* Taking projects from enquiry stage and helping to produce a fully designed technical solution, with use of AutoCAD packages.
* This will include liaising with consultants and contractors to interpret drawings and technical specifications for customer projects.
* Providing pricing for supply of equipment, labour and costing up accordingly into a full quotation.
THE PERSON
* Seeking an HVAC engineer with experience in the HVAC and/or building services industry.
* Experience required in estimating & cost management of projects.
* Ability to use 2D CAD to develop the design solution, with scope to further this into 3D in the near future.
* Could suit a design engineer, applications engineer, estimator or junior engineer from the HVAC or Building Services industry keen to further their career.
* Able user of CAD packages, mainly in 2D with possible future use of 3D modelling and BIM packages.
* Good communication skills to liaise effectively via phone and email with suppliers, plus consultants and contractors on technical specifications.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary from c�30-38k pending on background and experience.

THE LOCATION
Mainly office-based just to the North of West Bromwich, to include visits to the projects office and sites as required.
The role can also be offered as a hybrid role, with some home working.
Suitable areas include: West Bromwich, North Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton.
