Estimator - Construction Main Contractor

A fantastic growing construction company are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. Working out of their Lymington office, the Estimator will be pricing high end residential projects from �100k to �3m across the region.

Duties:

� Working closely with the Management team to seek out new project possibilities.

� Reviewing marketing strategies.

� Liaising with clients and sources of potential projects such as Architects & Surveyors.

� Reviewing tender documents and ensuring the correct information available to accurately quote for the works.

� Preparing and submitting PQQ and tenders.

� Developing and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and acquiring competitive quotes.

� Performing material take-offs.

� Reviewing estimation data; analysing for improved short and long-term strategies.
