Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estimator to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role combining technical expertise in scaffolding estimation with a strong focus on sales and business development. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing accurate estimates for scaffolding projects, driving sales growth, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to expand the company's client base.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and project goals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
2. Estimation & Technical Expertise
Review project specifications, blueprints, and technical requirements to develop accurate and competitive estimates.
Calculate labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs for scaffolding projects.
Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, schedules, and project scope, ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with project teams to refine estimates and ensure successful execution of awarded projects.
2. Sales & Business Development
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to expand the company's client base.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and project goals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
3. Strategic Growth Initiatives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and client outreach plans.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
4. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the estimation and sales process.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct post-project reviews with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and potential repeat business.
