Location: Multiple Locations Across the UK (Including but not limited to Cambridgeshire, Derby, Leicester, Stoke, Manchester, Birmingham, and London)

Salary: Negotiable - dependent on location

TSR are partnering with a leading Facilities Management and Mechanical & Electrical companies seeking skilled Estimator' to join their team. 

Role Overview:

The Estimator will be responsible for creating accurate costings for mechanical, electrical, and M&E services (dependent on specialism). This includes conducting site surveys, preparing competitive bids for new contracts, renewals, and variations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure precise estimations. Given the nationwide scope, travel flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  Prepare cost estimates and detailed proposals for contracts.

• 
  

  Conduct site surveys to assess project needs.

• 
  

  Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

• 
  

  Work closely with internal teams to support the preparation and submission of bids.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 
  

  Proven experience as an Estimator in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or M&E environments.

• 
  

  Strong ability to manage site visits and travel efficiently within the UK.

• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
