Estimator

I am recruiting for an Estimator in Portsmouth�working for a well-respected main contractor on facade & fire remediation projects. The company do everything from major work projects to small works and reactive maintenance, with a great company culture and is constantly growing!

Role and responsibilities:

• Working as part of the pre-construction team


• Reporting into the Estimating Manager


• Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates


• Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

Requirements:

• Experience working for a main contractor


• Experience on commercial refueb projects


• Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager


• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
