Estimator - Facilities Management Contractor

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator to join an established facilities management contractor based in Fareham. The business undertakes both planned and reactive maintenance works across several sectors including life sciences, manufacturing, heritage and retail.

About this Estimator role:

As Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing both reactive and planned maintenance works. Works will include hard and soft services.

Key Responsibilities as Estimator:

• Take-offs from drawing
• Produce BoQs
• Produce competitive tenders which are both compliant with the clients needs and competitive
• Support the wider pre-construction team and handover to site delivery teams
• Report into the Managing Director

Key Requirements for this Estimator position:

• Experience pricing FM works (planned AND reactive is preferred)
• Live within a commutable distance to Fareham and be happy to travel to office and site when required
• Have the full right to work in the UK
