Estimator

Are you an Estimator with experience working on building refurbishment projects?
 
Do you have experience working on rail stations?
 
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + car allowance
Location: Kent + hybrid working after 6 months
 
You will be working on a station projects, new build houses valued at £1m, and building refurbishment projects, valued up to £4m.

Requirements:
·Experience/understanding of NRM and SMN7 estimating software
·Proficient in Microsoft Excel
·Experience in estimating buildings projects
·GCSE Maths
