About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in estimating across a wide variety of sectors, including Defence, Arts & Culture, Healthcare, Education, and more. You will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  Prepare and manage cost estimates for a diverse range of construction projects.

\n
• \n

  Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather relevant cost data.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Analyse project specifications and blueprints to assess project scope.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Provide cost analysis for each phase of the project, ensuring that budgets are met.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate project forecasting.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Prepare tender submissions and assist in procurement processes.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure financial targets are achieved.

\n
• \n

  Stay up to date with industry standards and cost databases.

  \n
\n

About You:

• \n

  Proven experience as a Construction Estimator within the UK construction industry.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost management in a range of sectors.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Experience with estimating software and other related tools.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  \n
\n
• \n

  A relevant degree or qualification in construction or a related field is desirable.

  \n
\n
