About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator to join a well-established team in Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in the civils/groundwork sector to take on a new challenge. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in managing and estimating costs for a variety of construction projects, from new builds to refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  Estimating costs for civils and groundwork projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Managing and overseeing elements of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Collaborating with project teams to ensure the effective delivery of both new build and refurbishment projects.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Reviewing and working from CAD drawings to assess the scope of work and required materials.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Providing detailed cost plans and forecasts to clients and internal teams.

  \n
\n

Essential Requirements:

\n

\n
• \n

  Proven experience as an Estimator within the civils/groundwork sector.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Industry knowledge and expertise in groundwork and civil engineering.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Demonstrable experience in managing elements of construction projects, from inception to completion.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Experience working on both new build and refurbishment projects.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Proficient in using CAD or working with technical drawings.

  \n
\n

\n
