Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing precise and competitive cost estimates for building projects
• Reviewing and analyzing project plans, specifications, and documentation to produce accurate tenders
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with building projects
• Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure cost accuracy
• Monitoring and managing costs throughout project lifecycles
• Delivering value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and profitability
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends, materials, and construction methods
