Job Title: EUC Service Assurance Lead
Location: Portsmouth or Horley
Daily Rate - Circa �600 Inside IR35 - Flex possible

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a Service Assurance Lead to oversee IT services for End User Computing (EUC) including computers, phones, printers, and meeting room equipment. You will ensure the effective delivery of these services, managing both internal teams and third-party IT Service Management (ITSM) providers. Your role will focus on maintaining service integrity, handling escalations, and ensuring IT services align with the business's changing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective IT services for EUC, focusing on end-to-end service quality, performance, and efficiency.
  • Escalation Management: Act as a point of escalation for IT service outages or disruptions, managing resolution and communication with stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of service improvement by driving initiatives to enhance service quality and optimize performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business functions, ensuring alignment between IT services and business requirements.
  • 24/7 Service Coverage: Participate in a rota to ensure 24/7 oversight during high-priority incidents, ensuring business continuity.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive IT Service Management Experience: Proven background in managing IT services, especially in multi-sourced environments.
  • Customer Service Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in senior customer service roles, with a focus on IT service delivery.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Experience working in ITIL-based environments or similar service management frameworks.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex IT issues in business-friendly terms and engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams through change, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
