We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced European Business Development Manager to join Billi UK's team.As the European Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding Billi UK's partner model for the distribution of instant hot, cold, and sparkling taps throughout Europe. Through your strategic thinking and sales expertise, you will develop and implement business development plans to grow Billi UK's presence in the European market. You will proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, maintain relationships with existing partners, and provide exceptional customer service.As the European Business Development Manager, you will work closely with Billi UK's Partnerships team to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, and you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for Billi UK.This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious professional to make a significant impact and shape the future of our business in Europe.Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in Europe.Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting key accounts and building relationships with potential partners.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication and excellent customer service.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential business partnerships.Create and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or sales, preferably within a B2B environment.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present to both small and large groups.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel throughout Europe, as required.Fluency in English; and one additional European language, German or Spanish would be an advantage.
