Competitive salary Your Responsibilities Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around: Strategy & planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to set sales targets, develop customer profiles, identify potential customers, research customer challenges, and maintain an accurate database. Campaign & content execution: Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, digital ads) to boost sales, engagement, leads, brand awareness, and revenue. Segment audiences using data, tailor messages and optimise campaigns for set objectives. Conduct A/B testing to exceed targets; collaborate with digital specialists for content and landing pages. Create evergreen content for digital channels, manage the online sales funnel, and qualify leads. Analyse campaign results to enhance future effectiveness continually. Reporting & analytics Maintain reports on sales, leads, and campaign performance. Set and communicate KPI benchmarks. Drive improvements and monitor competitors. What we expect from you Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, online retail experience or B2B events preferred. Experience in digital marketing campaigns and/or online content, with an understanding of campaign performance tracking, execution best practices, and data-driven marketing tactics. IT skills: Google Analytics, PPC, marketing copywriting.
