The venue also has a stunning five-acre Artillery Garden that can be hired for sports events, team building activities, and barbecues.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Event Operations Manager at The HAC in London. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day event operations, including planning and coordination, customer service, budgeting, and communication with clients and suppliers.The HAC appointed Searcys as the resident caterer in 2019, who provide the sales and marketing function, alongside the operational catering delivery for the venue. The HAC Operations Team work closely with the Searcys on site sales and catering team to deliver event activity. QualificationsOperations Management and Event Planning skillsStrong customer service and communication skillsBudgeting and financial management skillsExperience in event logistics and coordinationAbility to manage multiple events simultaneouslyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulationsExperience in the hospitality or events industry is preferred
