This new role is focused on the coordination and delivery of corporate events of all sizes - whether it be networking events, seminars, roadshows or larger client events - The Events Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the events whilst also working closely with the rest of the marketing team and the business leads to ensure their expectations are surpassed.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Events Coordinator:


  • Work with Marketing and business heads to establish event format, location and agenda
  • Keep track of all equipment and assets around the various offices to ensure equipment is available for appropriate events
  • Ensure event communication is delivered to target audience including social media posts, invitations, teasers
  • Support business leads with the delivery on the day (when needed) to ensure smooth running of the event.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • You will have previous marketing or events related experience - ideally from within a professional services business (legals, accountancy, property, wealth, Insurance)
  • Strong planning, problem solving and time management experience
  • Able to support both in person and digital events
