ISTARI is looking to hire a Marketing Manager based out of its London headquarters to support its Go-To-Market strategy, revenue goals and aspirations to be a world-class marketing team.We are building the most influential brand in cyber and we want you to be a protagonist in the story we’re writing. Ultimately, a brand is a promise kept and we want you to help us fulfil our promise to the market of being an accelerator towards cyber resilience.Role overviewThe successful candidate will be a strong allrounder, with a passion for creating both digital and live brand experiences. They will work closely with the Global Brand Experience Director and the Head of Communications and Demand Generation on the planning and execution of a broad range of online and offline marketing activities.Owning various projects and responsibilities from the get-go, the right candidate will be able to establish and maintain great relationships, collaborating closely with regional client teams, C-suite stakeholders and external agencies and event partners.Through the ISTARI Academy, we deliver immersive programmes that combine theory with real-world practice, with events and programmes led by global thought leaders and experienced practitioners. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in the planning of ISTARI’s Academy events.This role will have a key focus on supporting events so a willingness to travel regionally and internationally is key. The role will be hybrid, based two days a week out of the London office.Job descriptionThe Marketing Manager will support internal and external marketing functions, including but not limited to:Developing strategies and deploying tactics to amplify ISTARI’s voice, enhance its reputation and drive qualified trafficDeploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to executionExperimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including email marketing and event marketing assetsSupporting event strategies, logistics and deliverySupporting and leading on event management (from in-person flagship events to external third party conferences and roundtable functions )Lead campaigns with multiple stakeholders from the initial brief through to execution and debriefSupport the growth of our community programme Compass, including managing processes, developing engagement opportunities, and planning initiatives to drive participationRequired skills and qualifications3+ years of digital/field marketing experience in B2B, preferably with some exposure to events and ideally within the professional services, IT, or tech sector. Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityExperience with marketing automation and CRM tools - Hubspot and Salesforce knowledge a particular advantageSocial media managementCopywriting and content managementPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related fieldDesired qualitiesTeam player but able to work autonomouslyStrong communication skills across all levels of the organisationAttention to detail and ability to problem solve is essentialAn interest in global trends in marketing, events and cyberA proactive can-do approach, creativity, 'out of the box' thinking attitudeAbility to work to deadlines, plan and manage multiple projects, manage expectations both up and down and deliver under pressureSense of humour
