The Role We are seeking a SeniorPortfolio Manager to manage their own partnerships, insertingthemselves into the heart of not only the brands in our portfolio, butthe companies behind them. You will have autonomy to grow multiplebusinesses simultaneously, with the role requiring a perfect harmonybetween marketing expertise and strategic business thinking. Responsibilities Strategic Business Management Full financialunderstanding of each of the partners businesses: P/L s (Product byproduct, market by market), Company P/L s, Cash Flow Forecasting,financing options & ensuring sustainable financial growth within thecontext of global inventory flows Structural understanding ofthe partners tax set up, regulatory framework and supply chain Understanding the optimal position, strategy and roadmap toexit and reverse engineering growth to achieve the perfect composition Strategic leadership and decision making of portfoliobusinesses growth plans with ultimate autonomy on the brands underyour stewardship Regular liaison with Acquisitions &Execution channels to understand brand valuation and market demands,to then translate into business planning Daily liaison &stakeholder management with our Portfolio firms Founders,understanding their objectives and incorporating into workflows andstrategies accordingly Growth Strategies: Develop and buildpricing and review strategies, as well as recommending strategies fornew market and product launches International Expansion:Understanding & managing international launches, from local tax,regulation, logistics, duties, translations and launch costs Marketing: Using our internal software, manage and optimiseportfolio advertising campaigns, utilising the full spectrum available Qualifications Financial analysis, cash flow and business modellingskills Demonstrable Strategic vision Advanced Excelskills including financial modelling & advanced formulas.
