If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to assist the exam delivery team in the planning, coordinating and running of remotely invigilated exam sessions. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team within a company that offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

Your responsibilities as an Exam Delivery Administrator will include but are not limited to:

• Processing the exam session applications, creating admission letters.
• Completing the annual withdrawal GDPR exercise per session.
• Assisting with processing exam credits and refunds.
• Liaising with and supporting the team in the day-to-day management of the D365 system.
• Answering or escalating queries as appropriate to and from students, firms, external suppliers and other internal teams.
• Assisting the Exam Delivery team with on the day exam support.
• Assisting with processing manual exam applications as required.
• Collating the relevant documentation to assist in the post audit of the exam session and reporting.

To be a successful Exam Delivery Administrator you must have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs, Excel in particular.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.
• A desire to work as part of a team.
