Location: Chester Shift Pattern: Monday -Friday, hoursalternate weekly
Early Shift: 6am 3pm
Late Shift: 2pm 11pm
Salary: £43,500 Shifts: 2-man team Environment: Critical
We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Shift Leader to join our team in a critical site in Chester. This is a hands-on leadership role with a 50/50 split between technical work and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the shift engineer
Handle contractor bookings
Ensure compliance, permits, and RAMs are up-to-date
Lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations in a high-stakes environment
