An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, in the Public Sector, offering support in a variety of secretarial and business tasks. The role is based in Cardiff Bay and will involve providing high-level support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
  • Managing the CEO's diary, planning and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing necessary documents and briefings for meetings.
  • Ensuring effective communication between the CEO and other departments.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regular reports.
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Assisting in special projects as required by the CEO.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant to the CEO should have:

  • Desirable but not necessary experience in a similar role within the Public Sector.
  • Experience working with Executive level people as an EA.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business software.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A high standard of numeracy and literacy skills.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary in the range of �31,000- �41,000, depending on experience.
  • Pension with 3% employee contribution and 9% employer contribution.
  • 30 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays.
  • Flexi Working - 7am to 7pm, 37.5 hours a week.
