As an Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential, efficient, and effective support to the Directors, including the non-Executive Chairman. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, preparing documents, handling calls, managing expenses, arranging travel, and providing a high level of senior administrative support. Hours of work: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week Salary: £40,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant Co-ordinate and manage diaries of the CEO and other Company Directors as requiredAct as the gate keeper of communications from stakeholders to the CEOProvide relevant company secretarial and administrative support for DirectorsAttend and take minutes at Management meetings and other meetings as required by DirectorsAssist in the coordination and management of corporate eventsCoordinate relevant hospitality activities for the business including the hosting of dignitary visitsHandle all calls, expenses and travel administration for Directors Uphold the highest standards of integrity and personal standards as a representative of the business Skills, knowledge & experience of an Executive Assistant Educated to Level 3 standard (e.g. A Level or BTEC) or significant equivalent experience in an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) role. Proven track record of working at an EA or PA level for company directors. Producing documentation for company records. Understanding of CEO, Company Directors and Board member roles in business. Interpreting and anticipating situations to help ensure CEO and Directors are provided with sufficient assistance.
