As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to work in partnership with our Chief Executive to join our business.



Position Overview:



In this role you will be responsible for providing confidential and professional administrative support to our Chief Executive, which requires a combination of administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills.



This is a�full-time position, with the added responsibility of managing the general office administrative tasks for the team in Inverness.



Some of Your Key Duties Include:




  • Management of CEO diary, including the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handling all incoming calls and correspondence, managing messages as required.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Meeting coordination - organise and prepare for meetings, including document management and arranging logistics.

  • Plan and execute corporate events, such as board meetings, conferences, and executive sessions.

  • Coordinate events, such as charity events and management training courses.

  • Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Management of the general office administrative function.



What Do You Need?




  • Prior experience of working in an Executive Assistant (or similar) role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to organise and prioritise your workload.

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Experience of carrying out copy-writing tasks, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Full UK Driving Licence
