Our client is a technology company headquartered in London with a global presence. They have close to 400,000 customers worldwide using their software and their app is highly ranked on Shopify. Along with this comes exciting opportunities.They are seeking a self-starting and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative business and personal tasks efficiently, contributing to the seamless operation of the business.The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-Suite/Senior level in a respectable tech company where they have handled complex business travels and organisation of busy diaries. This candidate will also be a high-level thinker, and able to provide true right-hand support ensuring the CEO is on track and focussing on the work they should be doing. Through daily check-ins, the candidate will be able to take responsibility for freeing up the CEO from tasks which need to be done but can be delegated. As with any scale-up business, the daily pressures can be intense so this requires a candidate to be able to handle the stress and ensure actions are followed up on, while remaining calm under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Proactive and thoughtful management of the CEO's agenda and diary, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficientlyOrganising and managing travel plans, accommodation and logistics for business and personal tripsManaging inbox and correspondence, flagging and escalating important emails in a timely mannerFinancial administration including managing invoices, payments and supporting payrollCoordinating weekly team lunches and company eventsAttend to personal administrative tasks such as payment of bills and invoicesUndertake projects such as property researchProvide additional support to the Operations Team including HR and compliance supportEnsuring the office is fully stocked with suppliesProviding regular updates to the team and maintaining consistent communicationAd hoc administrative tasks for the CEO and wider businessRequirements: Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting at senior level, ideally in a business and personal capacityPrior experience in a fast-growing start-up / scale-up environmentPrior experience in the tech industryExperience in complex diary managementDetail-oriented with excellent organisational skillsProficient in handling financial tasks accurately and efficiently and comfortable using payroll softwareDiscrete and able to deal with confidential informationTech savvy and familiar with systems such as Slack, Zoom etcStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively.Proactive, self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and as part of a teamCapable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyBe happy to get stuck in with tasks no matter how smallComfortable working in a dynamic environment and adaptable as neededDown to earth, positive attitudeLocation - near Old StHybrid, 2 days required in the office + additional days as and when requiredSalary circa £45k-£50k
