Job DescriptionEden are partnered with a leading financial services firm located in Central London is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a small team. The EA will join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The EA will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s in the team. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, managing complex schedules, and facilitating effective communication across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the diaries of senior executives, ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation of appointments.Arrange and organise meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and providing exceptional service.Assist with special projects and initiatives as required, such as database administrationRequirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the financial services sector.Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and adaptable approach, with a positive and professional attitude.What the Company Offers:Competitive salary dependant on experienceOpportunity to work in a prestigious location in Central LondonCollaborative and supportive working environment.Professional development opportunities and career growth.Comprehensive benefits package.
