This is a maternity cover FTC starting ASAP until April 2025. /p p strong The Role: /strong /p p strong EA duties will include but are not limited to: /strong /p ul li Complex and demanding diary management /li li Booking and managing travel arrangements /li li Expense reconciliation /li li Covering other EAs as and when they go on holiday /li /ul p strong The successful EA will: /strong /p ul li Have advanced proficiency in Outlook /li li Be confident engaging with the team of bankers /li li Have excellent attention to detail /li li Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills /li li Be able to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently /li li Take responsibility for assigned duties, maintaining high standards /li li Show initiative and proactively address challenges /li li Exhibit a collaborative mindset and a strong team orientation /li li Have a minimum 2-years EA experience ideally in the investment banking or financial services space /li /ul p strong The Details & Benefits: /strong /p ul li This role is based in the office with 2 WFH days a month /li li Standard hours are 9am-5pm /li li Opportunity to work in a vibrant and active office alongside a wonderful team /li li Remuneration up to £50k p.a. depending on experience /li li This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who is enthusiastic to be a part of a successful company and fulfilling role /li /ul p If you are interested in this exciting temp EA opportunity, please apply today! /p
