We're seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and leadership team. This role is key to ensuring smooth executive operations while also playing a significant part in HR initiatives that enhance our workplace culture. /p p br br Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills. br /p p strong What You’ll Do: /strong /p p br /p p - strong Executive Support: /strong /p p - Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and expenses. /p p - Assist the leadership team with day-to-day administrative needs. /p p - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. /p p - Serve as a communication hub between the MD and key stakeholders. /p p - Handle sensitive information with care. /p p - Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment. /p p br /p p - strong HR & Projects: /strong /p p - Partner with HR and the broader business to drive employee engagement and coordinate events. /p p - Take charge of special projects and help drive them to completion. /p p - Contribute to HR projects. /p p - Keep our office running smoothly, supporting teams across the board. /p p br /p p strong What We’re Looking For: /strong /p p br /p p - strong Experience /strong : /p p - Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership. /p p - Experience with HR tasks and employee engagement are a plus. /p p br /p p - strong Skills: /strong /p p - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. /p p - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. /p p - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. /p p - Detail-oriented with a knack for solving problems. /p p br /p p - strong Education: /strong /p p - A qualification in business administration or a related field is preferred. /p p br /p p - strong Bonus Points: /strong /p p - Experience in an international company. /p p br /p p strong Why SPX Radiodetection? /strong /p p Join a team of innovators and leaders in the industry.
