This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to join a leading organisation within the Secretarial & Business Support department. The successful candidate will utilise their skills to provide comprehensive support to the senior management team.

Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Manage and organise complex calendars
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents
  • Facilitate efficient communication between departments
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in an EA role, ideally within a Not For Profit organisation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other related software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Offer
