Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant



Location: Edinburgh (Office-Based, Non-Hybrid)



Start Date: Immediate Availability



Duration: Ongoing Temporary Assignment



Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)



Role Overview:



We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client in Edinburgh. This is an ongoing temporary role requiring a dedicated professional who can work full-time in their office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive's day-to-day activities.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Diary Management: Proactively manage and coordinate complex diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Email Management: Efficiently manage and prioritise incoming emails, responding on behalf of the executive as required.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials.

  • Minute Taking: Accurately record and transcribe meeting minutes.

  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

  • General Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage filing systems.

  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.

  • Any other reasonable tasks as required.



Essential Skills and Experience:




  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.��

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).��

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.��

  • Immediate availability to commence work in Edinburgh.

  • Must be able to work on site daily.
