My client is seeking a highly motivated and organised Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support senior executives and play a key role in the smooth running of a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including the preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
  • Take accurate minutes at meetings, ensuring all actions and decisions are recorded clearly and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Organise and manage special projects as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Experience with minute-taking and the ability to transcribe meetings accurately.

Desirable:

  • Experience in managing multiple calendars and complex scheduling.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and practices.
  • Previous experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
