Position: Full-time, Permanent (Part-year or term-time options available, pro rata)
Salary: £37,068 - £38,058 per annum

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant on behalf of our client, a highly regarded Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in the London Borough of Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven organisation that supports children and young adults aged 4 to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities.
In this role, you will provide vital executive support to the senior leadership team, governing board, and trustees of the Enterprise Cooperative Trust (ECT). You’ll be responsible for diary management, minute-taking, event coordination, and project support, ensuring the school’s leadership runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Managing senior leaders’ diaries and coordinating meetings

  • Taking accurate minutes and ensuring follow-ups are actioned

  • Organising events and supporting key school projects

  • Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Who We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, particularly in admin and governance tasks
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Passion for education and supporting young people

Experience in school governance is not essential
