Executive Assistant

Temporary for up to 8 weeks, with a potential for extension.

£20.51 per hour - plus free parking and onsite restaurant

Location: Bedford - Hybrid (minimum: 2 days per week in office)

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a "knack" for supporting multiple C-Suite executives? Are you flexible, detail-oriented, and possess excellent prioritisation and time management skills? If so, we want to hear from you! Our client is seeking a dynamic candidate to join their team ASAP.

About the Role

We are recruiting for a prestigious global organisation, where you will provide vital support to four Executive Directors. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive situations with complete discretion.   • \nDiary Management: Coordinate complex schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with company values.

  • \nMeeting Coordination: Organise and manage all aspects of meetings efficiently.

  • \nTravel Arrangements: Handle intricate travel plans, ensuring preferences and budgets are met.
  • \n
  • \nExpense Management: Manage invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking accurately.
  • \n
  • \nFacilities Coordination: Oversee room bookings and logistical needs.
  • \n
  • \nTask Prioritisation: Prioritise tasks for four Executives, balancing strategic objectives.

  • \nNetwork Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships across the international group.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior executives.
  • \n
  • Expertise in managing diaries, travel, and meetings for multiple leaders.
  • \n
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • \n
  • Attention to detail, proactive, and adaptable.
  • \n
