Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to deliver high-quality, innovative cuisine.
Create exciting, seasonal menus tailored to a variety of corporate and private events.
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Collaborate with clients to ensure exceptional dining experiences that align with their vision.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in menu design, presentation, and catering trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a high-level chef role within contract catering, hospitality, or events.
A passion for culinary creativity and the ability to develop innovative menus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
