Executive Chef

Heaton House Farm is a family-run company encompassing Heaton House Events and our onsite catering company Stable Yard Catering. We provide the highest quality events, specialising in weddings but also hosting additional events such as charity balls, dinner dances, corporate meetings, external events and company flagship events all delivered by our events team with exceptional detail and of course friendly customer service.

Heaton House Farm includes a vast event space, 15 bed and breakfast rooms, 70 seater restaurant and a landscaped courtyard due to open in 2025. We also manage the local pub The Knot Inn which is a beautiful pub situated in the Staffordshire countryside with a restaurant and huge garden.

We are recruiting an Executive Chef to lead the brigades at all locations. Preferably you should have some experience of multi site kitchens however a passion for leading and motivating a team passionate about cooking from fresh is of paramount importance.

Responsibilities as our Executive Chef will include:
Responsible for all food operations across all locations ensuring food safety is maintained at all times
Develop opportunities to increase revenue including outside events, supper clubs, fine dining nights etc
Fully costed menu development efficiently using stock across multiple sites inline with company budgets<...
