Job Description Group Executive Head Chef / Executive Head Chef - Birmingham City Centre- Base Circa £50k - £55k. Small, privately owned restaurant group.

Group Head Chef / Executive Head Chef Wanted for established restaurant group with a small number of sites. Salary is negotiable circa £50k - £55k.

This role is NOT the norm . Our client is fully committed to finding a highly skilled, professional Chef. The client operates a small number of incredibly well reviewed, established, busy restaurants. The food is not fine dining rather elegant casual.

The plan is to attract a level of talent to this role that aligns perfectly with the Directors ethos, someone that can elevate the current food offering & can be central to the strategy for the business for the long term. You will be working in lockstep with a group of highly successful Director entrepreneurs who are well financed & bring a sense of calm, consistent decision making & a proven commercial acumen.

Our client is looking for a professional, diligent & skilled Head Chef / Executive Head Chef with experience of leading similar high quality kitchens.
