DNA Recruit are seeking a visionary leader to drive the creative excellence of an
Omnichannel Experiential Agency, ensuring the success of the brands and clients they collaborate with. This role oversees the creative team, shapes the agency’s unique value proposition, and positions them as the preferred choice for both current and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:\n- Possess deep knowledge of our clients and brands, understanding their activation strategies across consumer touchpoints. Skillfully interrogates and refines client briefs to sharpen focus and objectives.
\n- Bridges the gap between the creative and strategy teams, fostering innovation and bold ideas supported by data-driven insights.
\n- Seen by clients as a trusted advisor with expertise in fresh, original thinking. Collaborates closely with senior clients to understand their goals, generate innovative concepts, and identify opportunities for growth.
\n- Translates creative ideas across a wide range of consumer touchpoints, with a particular focus on 3D and real-life environments. Oversees the creation of customer journeys and experiences that align with client ambitions.
\n- Adaptable in presenting concepts across formats while maintaining the agency’s credibility.
\n- Develops the creative strategy and leads the team in honing their skills in line with the agency's vision. Provides guidance to elevate the overall creative output.
\n- Ensures brand guidelines and positioning are adhered to throughout the creative process.
\n
Skills and Experience Required:\n- 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
\n- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, fostering innovation.
\n- Expertise in brand experience across marketing channels and touchpoints.
\n- Strong client relationship skills, acting as a trusted creative advisor.
\n- Experience interpreting client briefs and driving innovative solutions.
\n- Skilled in translating creative ideas across 3D, real-life, and virtual environments.
\n- Collaborative, working well with cross-functional teams.
\n- Commercial awareness, balancing creativity with budgetary constraints.
\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\n- Strong problem-solving and adaptability to client needs.
\n- Experience in team development and talent recruitment.
\n- Thought leadership in industry trends.
