Our client an innovator within the automotive industry are seeking a forward thinking engineering professional, who has experience of working within and delivering new vehicle platforms for initial concept through to launch. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven Executive Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility is located in Warwick, offering the chance to work on ground breaking projects, including electric vehicles (EV), and make a significant impact within a renowned UK Engineering Centre.

What You Will Do:

• Manage vehicle technical and project activities, including whole vehicle/system level conceptual designs and vehicle prototypes/mules.
• Perform and coordinate technical aspects of vehicle programmes, creating vehicle technical specifications.
• Project management and coordination of proposals, funding applications, and projects, including reporting and presenting findings to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Work proactively to ensure continuous progress of project activities, providing direction as required.
• Prepare technical documentation, including reports and presentation materials.
• Lead project meetings with Lead Engineers to define system/component selection and timings.

What You Will Bring:

• Degree qualified or equivalent with relevant industry experience.
• Experience of working on numerous projects from concept through to production.
• Proven management and leadership qualities & experience of technical leadership within automotive product development.
• Ability to work independently whilst being a team player, willing to accept responsibilities.
• Experience of research & development within EV.
