What will you be doing?

  • \nCalendar Maestro: Maintain multiple executives' calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling with stakeholders.
  • \n
  • \nTravel Coordinator Extraordinaire: Plan seamless travel arrangements, covering flights, accommodations, and logistics.
  • \n
  • \nMeeting Organizer: Prepare agendas, coordinate presentation materials, and capture critical meeting notes.
  • \n
  • \nCommunication Bridge: Serve as the professional liaison between executives and internal/external partners, ensuring smooth and confidential communication.

  • \nExperience: 5+ years as an Executive PA or similar role in a fast-paced, global environment.
