Role Purpose

We are looking for an Executive Recruitment Consultant with a proven billing records within UK, ideally in the FinTech sector, to help us grow our footprint in the UK and take the team to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Winning new clients. Business development is going to an important aspect of this role. There are plenty of tools/platforms that we provide and we also include direct access to our marketing team who can help with putting together salary guide, capability documents or even with setting up events.
  • Identify new opportunities through research and knowledge of the market, Nicoll Curtin will provide unparalleled tools to support you on this
  • Build out relationships with clients that we currently work with, leveraging relationships we have in our other 7 locations
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods – Nicoll Curtin provides a huge selection of different products
  • All aspects of recruitment life cycle including screening, interview and managing the process
  • Create plans for your growth
  • Cover account management of our established clients where required

Skills & Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have 8 years + of experience in Recruitment
  • Proving billing record and an ability to win new business
  • Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
  • Sales driven mindset, achievement-oriented
  • Independent person with good organization skills
