Supply Chain Expediter

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Supply Chain Expediter on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.

Main Duties:

• Progress orders with suppliers to ensure on time delivery to customers.


• Updating orders within the SAP system.


• Customer documentation as required.


• Inputting customer orders onto SAP.


• Placing supplier PO to customer orders.


• Present pricing and terms and conditions in accordance with standard procedures


• Fulfil requests for product information.


• Maintain all customer and prospect files in SAP database.


• Identify trends in customer satisfaction.


• Manage your time effectively, meet sales targets, and work effectively with other members of the� team.


• Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management Team.


• Dealing with shipping queries and customer issues

Requirements:

• Previous purchasing / supply chain experience


• Excellent MS Excel skills
