About the role

As a Cover Supervisor with ABC Teachers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the classroom during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Supporting students in their learning and addressing any questions.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Experienced cover supervisor you will:



  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in an educational setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
  • Flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your availability.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).


Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:



  • Referencable experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in an educational setting.
