We are looking for an Experienced School Administrator to join our dedicated team and ensure the efficient operation of our school’s administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including attendance, student records, and correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and schedules.
- Maintain financial records, process invoices, and handle petty cash.
- Assist with HR tasks, including staff onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks and projects.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a school administrative role or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and school management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and confidentiality protocols in an educational setting.
