Our Client is a leading shipping and freight forwarding company, specialising in direct services to Scandinavia, as well as mainland Europe. Our client offers competitive, flexible and customised transport and logistics solutions for land, sea and air. Due to their increase in work, they are now currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

Role description

• Export operations and Exports Administration
• Customer Services
• Issue sales invoicing to customers according to agreements and check and pass purchase invoices.
• Take bookings and create in our internal software.
• Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines.
• All aspects of full load export operations including on call rota
• Completing Export Customs Clearances - using Descartes/Destin8
• Completing Export Transit Documentation - using Descartes
  

(Export Coordinator) - Position Requirements

• 1-3 Year's Experience in a similar role (preferable)
• A confident and approachable person
• A high level of organisation and attention to detail
• Customer focused with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
• Good decision-making skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
• A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities
• Able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
• IT literate
• A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience
• On call is required as part of this role. 1 week in 5 after training, taking out of hours calls (minimal during week) and weekend getting trailers on quay and cleared customs.

The candidate must have a passion to get the job done and get it done right. Also must have a willingness to learn and develop

The package offered is negotiable reflecting the skills and experience of the successful candidate.

• �26,000 - �28,000
• Monday - Friday
• 9:00am - 5:00pm (work until finish)
