Our client who is one of the UK's leading freight forwarding companies is looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team. With over 160 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry our client is best known for putting people first in everything they do.

Main Duties:

• Managing the end to end process of export shipments, monitoring throughout and resolving an issues that may arise.
• Coordinate the preparation of documentation when required, ensuring compliance and regulations are followed.
• Communicating with clients providing them with accurate updates in a timely manner.
• Forming relationships with custom agents, suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Customs knowledge
• 2+ years' experience doing Air, Ocean or Road operations
• Experience doing Imports or Exports

• Previous experience within a freight forwarding company
• High level of communication skills
• Commercial knowledge
