Export Operator

Right Now Group are partnering with a local freight forwarder in Feltham to recruit an experienced Export AOG Operator for their express team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AOG operations, with experience in exporting aircraft parts.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Location: Feltham
Hours: Monday-Friday (08:00- 16:30)
Salary: £34,000-£40,000
Key Duties:

• Coordinate and arrange shipments to meet customer requirements.
\n
• Respond to emails and manage collections and deliveries efficiently.
\n
• Prepare shipping documents (MAWB/HAWB) while ensuring compliance with UK HMRC regulations.
\n
• Monitor live AOG updates, adapting swiftly to customer needs.
\n
• Processing customs inline with HMRC regulations
\n
• Build long term relationship able to manage a large AOG account
\n
• Liaise with approved suppliers and handling agents to ensure smooth operations.
\n
• Assist with costings, quotations, and invoice preparation as needed.
\n
• Oversee multiple shared inboxes, addressing queries in a timely manner.
\n
• Provide support for import operations as and when needed.
\n
• Processing T1s

Skills Required:

\n

\n
• Experience using Boxtop and ASM
\n
• Previous exposure managing Air Export shipments from beginning to end
\n
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
\n
• Previous exposure exporting Aircraft Parts
\n
• Full 5 year referenceable history & DBS required
\n
