We are seeking someone with excellent sales, customer service and administration skills to join an multi-award winning export company based in the Penrith area.

�

Job Type: Permanent

Hours:�Full-time(Monday to Friday)

Salary:�Experience Dependent + Commission

Other:�Generous holiday entitlement + Bupa Healthcare after 6 months

�

The role:

Supporting the Export Manager in a busy export department.� You will be responsible for maintaining exsisiting customer satisfaction, running a smooth operation of orders and providing accurate administration skills.
Key aspects:

• Using effective communication skills and literacy you will ensure that communication flows efficiently between the functional areas and third parties


• Export order processing and tracking


• General administrative duties


• Monitor progress and co-ordinate effort, ensuring external customer expectations are met in full and on time

Personal Criteria

• Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner


• A high degree of attention to detail


• Knowledgeable and able to learn quickly


• Experience in a similar role is desirable


• Experience in dealing with legal documents is desirable


• A team player


• Sense of humor

• Someone who has worked in customer service with good administration skills
