Export Sales Co-ordinator

Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS)�are urgently recruiting for Export sales Co-ordinator�to join their clients in Droitwich.�

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Promptly responding by email and phone, to daily technical sales enquiries from OEMs, distributors and end cutomers, located Globally.�


• Interpreting customer's requirements correcly and supplying a technical solution alongside a detailed quatation.�


• Processing sales orders and payments, to commence manufacturing process.�


• Liaising daily with technical, accounts, purchasing, production and logistic departaments to ensure customer satisfation, retention and expansion.


• Communicating with customer to update on orders progress.�


• Proactively exploring other opportunities to increase brand presence.�

Requirements:

• Sound written and spoken command of the English language.�


• Confident, pleasent and helpful communication skills�


• Underlying basic mathrmatical skills, as technical and monetary calculations including formulas, graphs and technical datasheet are a daily part of the role.


• I.T skills including email, excel, word, and internal manufacturing packeage.


• Accuracy to understand technical information.�


• Previous technical sales expirience would be an advantage.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday - 08:15-16:45�


• Friday - 08:15-15:30
